The free upgrade goes live September 29 and will bring a slew of upgrades and enhancements to visuals, performance, gameplay. Players will also be able to access the Hearts Of Stone and Blood And Wine DLCs for free ahead of the upcoming Songs Of The Past expansion, which is due to launch next year.
