The BAFTA Games Awards 2026 took place on Friday (April 17), celebrating “creative excellence in video games and the people who make them” – check out all the winners below.

Earlier this year, more than 1700 BAFTA members voted in 17 different categories with 42 different games shortlisted for the 2026 BAFTA Games Awards.

The ceremony was held at London’s Southbank Centre on Friday and hosted by gaming content creator Elz The Witch. After being nominated for 12 trophies, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 ended up winning three awards including Game Of The Year while NSFW superhero game Dispatch also picked up a trio of awards (Animation, Audio and Best Supporting Actor for Jeffrey Wright’s Chase).

Perhaps the biggest shock of the night was Lorien Testard’s Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 soundtrack losing out on the Music award, which was won by Ghost Of Yotei’s soundtrack. You can see the full list of winners below:

“This year’s nominations reflect an industry reshaping itself – with a vibrant mix of established studios standing alongside a wide range of independent studios, and a number of development teams earning nominations for the first time,” said chair of BAFTA’s Games Committee, Tara Saunders. “The exceptional craft, artistry and innovation behind these titles shines through. A nomination is an extraordinary achievement, and I extend my warmest congratulations to every nominee for their innovation, hard work and resilience.”
