After spending much of 2026 celebrating the albums that helped build his empire, Hov has reportedly selected himself to headline the NFL’s biggest stage. As spotted on TMZ, the Brooklyn mogul is reportedly the choice for the Super Bowl LXI halftime show, scheduled for February 14, 2027, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The report originates with Puck’s Dave Brooks, who reported that multiple sources identified JAŸ-Z as the expected performer. Neither the NFL nor Roc Nation had officially announced the booking at the time of the reports.The possibility would put Hov in front of the audience for a production he has spent years helping shape behind the scenes. Roc Nation partnered with the NFL in 2019 to advise on live music entertainment and co-produce the halftime show, with that relationship extended in 2024.
