Amnesia Ibiza to Expand Closing Party to Two Days in 2024

Amnesia Ibiza is making a bold, new move this season. The White Isle superclub will host a closing party across two days this year, marking a departure from its typical single-day festivities. The lineup is now live for Amnesia Closing Festival 2024, which is slated for Friday, October 11 – Saturday, October 12.

The first night’s lineup offers only a glimpse of what’s to come. Performing on the Terrace are masked tech house artist Claptone, BBC Radio 1 Host Danny Howard, rising UK garage star Sammy Virji, and pop house sensation Sonny Fodera. Meanwhile, attendees in the Main Room will be treated to performances by UK breakout talent Ben Hemsley, Scottish hard house DJ Hannah Laing, longtime Ibiza resident Les Schmitz, and German mainstay MALUGI.

Night two is when Amnesia Ibiza pulls out all the stops, however. The Terrace lineup boasts an impressive roster of back-to-back sets, including Jamie Jones b2b Joseph Capriati, Adam Beyer b2b Marco Faraone, and Hot Since 82 b2b Rossi. Among the artists playing individually in the Main Room are Lilly Palmer, Indira Paganotto, Klangkuenstler, Nina Kraviz, and Adiel.

Once upon a time, the official date of Amnesia Ibiza’s closing party was only known to a select few in the days leading up to it. The culture around dance music has changed, though, and so too has the club. When it announced the closing festival on July 30th, it also ended a blackout of its social channels by unveiling a new visual theme around the slogan “Memories Are Overrated.”
