Andy Cohen Claims To Be A Deadhead But Only Just Found Out Phil Lesh Was On Real Housewives In 2008

Andy Cohen is famously a Deadhead — so much so that Dead & Company's John Mayer once had to clarify that they were not in a romantic relationship — yet somehow he was unaware that a founding member of the beloved band once made a cameo on The Real Housewives Of New York City. It was none other than bassist Phil Lesh, who passed away in 2024. His son Grahame broke the news of the crossover to the Bravo host and went on the show this week to alert the public.

Lesh appeared in the background of an episode from season one, jewelry shopping behind Simon van Kempen. Grahame's mother Jill was the one to make the discovery. "For the Grateful Dead community who is also a Bravo community, this is a huge moment," Cohen exclaimed. Watch below.
