Bob Mortimer to star as Magic Dave in twisted fairytale game ‘Murals’

Bob Mortimer has been confirmed to star in brand new action-adventure game Murals as a character called Magic Dave. Created by indie studio Dlala, the game is “a twisted isometric action-adventure where fairytales have gone spectacularly wrong.” “Sleeping Beauty hasn’t slept in weeks, Rapunzel’s hair is trying to kill her, and Rumpelstiltskin is… really into theater? These are not the tales you were told,” reads an official description of the game. “You wake up in a twisted fairytale castle, with no memory of who you are or how you got there. Your sole companion, a sentient sketch named Loaf, has just informed you that not only is there no clear escape but a bunch of monsters he’s named ‘The Distorted’ have just turned up.” Comedy legend Bob Mortimer has also been confirmed for Murals, voicing an apothecary known as Magic Dave who’s in charge of the Vending Machine of Delights.
