CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, Rosalía, and Karol G Lead the Way as 2026 Latin Grammy Nominations Are Announced

The 2026 Latin Grammy nominations are here, with hitmaker Edgar Barrera leading this year’s field and CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, Jorge Drexler, Karol G, and Rosalía among the other top nominees. Barrera, the Mexican-American songwriter and producer behind hits for artists including Karol G, Becky G, and Santana, earned recognition across multiple categories, including two Song of the Year nominations for Karol G and Marco Antonio Solís’ “Coleccionando Heridas” and Santana and Becky G’s “Mi Gran Amor.” Billboard reports that Barrera leads all nominees this year. CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso also scored another major showing after earning 10 nominations in 2025. Their latest album, Free Spirits, is up for Album of the Year, while “Ha Ha” earned a Record of the Year nomination and their Sting collaboration “Hasta Jesús Tuvo Un Mal Día” is competing for Song of the Year. Rosalía and Karol G similarly landed nominations across the general field.
