It seems that Call Of Duty is set to end its beloved Modern Warfare series with the release of Modern Warfare 4 later this year. With a focus on more contemporary conflicts, the Modern Warfare games have become some of the best-selling titles in Call Of Duty history. Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will launch October 23 (though players who pre-order will be able to explore the single-player campaign from October 16) and, according to publishers Activision, will be the “epic conclusion” to the series.
