Cedric Gervais Partners With RDM Hospitality to Launch Guest House Aspen

Cedric Gervais and RDM Hospitality are launching Guest House Aspen, the brand’s fifth location. Cedric Gervais is expanding his presence in hospitality with Guest House Aspen, a new, 220-seat dining and entertainment destination developed in partnership with Raj Kumar, cofounder and CEO of RDM Hospitality. Set to open on December 31, the venue will debut just in time for New Year’s Eve, bringing together Guest House and RSVP, its ultra-lounge concept, for an upscale dining experience complemented by cocktails and late-night programming. “Guest House has created something special by bringing together great food, cocktails, music, and energy in a way that feels effortless.
