Charlotte de Witte Billed for First-Ever b2b with KI/KI at Flanders Expo

Charlotte de Witte and KI/KI are set to go track for track at one of the former artist’s recently announced Flanders Expo shows. Fans of both Charlotte de Witte and KI/KI are in for a treat come February 6. The two world-famous house and techno artists have announced plans to deliver a back-to-back set at Flanders Expo in Ghent, Belgium. The spectacle occupies one of two Flanders dates announced by de Witte earlier in the week. The Belgian artist has a long history of performances at the venue, the most recent of which saw her celebrate 15 years of DJing this past February. “This is happening,” wrote de Witte in an Instagram post announcing her b2b with KI/KI, who hails from the Netherlands. The double-header promises “Two nights. Two concepts. One arena,” suggesting that de Witte still has yet to share what she’s planning for the other night. Charlotte de Witte started DJing in 2011, originally adopting the moniker Raving George to obscure her gender. She released a handful of electro house EPs before switching to her full name in 2015, a rebrand that also included a change in style to the peak-time techno that remains a key influence of hers today.
