Following a whirlwind summer, Chloe Howard, Leila Deeley, Annabel Whittle and Tippi Morgan are back with the new standalone single, which follows the ups and downs of falling in love. “’Moving Target’ is about the feeling of falling in love even when you know it’s not going to work out,” singer Chloe Haward said. “It’s rare to find people you are magnetically drawn to, but when you do – just dive in and brace yourself for whatever happens.
