Danielle Ponder unveils new single, “God of You”

“God of You” follows previous singles “Sun and Moon” and “Power”, and is partly inspired by Screamin' Jay Hawkins' "I Put a Spell on You”.

The new single arrives alongside a video shot in Dakar, Senegal, and directed by Fede Kortez.

On the track, Ponder speaks of putting a lover on a pedestal, “making a god” out of someone who did not deserve her devotion.
