‘Daredevil’ star Vincent D’Onofrio defends Deborah Ann Woll from ‘God Of War: Laufey’ hate

Vincent D’Onofrio has defended his Daredevil co-star Deborah Ann Woll following backlash from her starring role in God Of War: Laufey. Ever since the game was announced in June, a vocal minority of gamers have criticised God Of War: Laufey for having a female protagonist and attacked Laufey actor Deborah Ann Woll. More recently, there have been complaints that Laufey isn’t attractive enough. “Gamers. Sony’s Santa Monica Studio has made their stance clear: They choose feminism over their jobs. They would rather go bankrupt than give you an ounce of female attractiveness,” reads one of the tweets from X user Geralt Of Goonia, who went on to ask for a boycott of the game.
