Deer park team up with Valeria Litvakov on new singles, “Better Than Mine” and “The Neverhood”

The singles first came when Deer park and Litaokov met in New York earlier this year at Webster Hall, where they were both opening for James K. Litaokov joined the producer at the studio where they wrote and recorded “Better Than Mine”, in what’s described as a a quick-draw, “one take” moment that sees them exploring of success, fulfilment, and moments of feeling mediocre.

“The Neverhood” was recorded in the Czech countryside at an Airbnb when the pair came together at Prague’s Creepy Teepee Festival later in the year.

The tracks come just as Deer Park is gearing up for his UK/EU tour, which will see him perform at Pitchfork Music Festival Paris, with further dates in Brussels, Dublin, London, Bristol, Copenhagen, and Barcelona.
