In the autumn, star Michael C. Hall revealed that the series had been “green-lit” for another run. It has since been announced that Brian Cox (Succession) is joining the cast as the New York Ripper, with Uma Thurman reprising her role as Charley. Other cast members include Dan Stevens (Downton Abbey) and Gabriel Luna (Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.). Desmond Harrington is also returning as Quinn from the original Dexter, while Krysten Ritter is reprising her role as Lady Vengeance.
