DIIV – “Dare Me”

DIIV's new A. G. Cook-produced record ZIRP!, which just so happens to be our reigning Album Of The Week, is officially out on Friday. We've already heard early tracks "The Fountain," "Kid," and "Trillions," two of which made it onto our hallowed 5 Best Songs Of The Week lists. Today, we're getting one final single before the drop, "Dare Me," which continues fusing their shoegaze sensibilities with squiggly electronic textures. It also comes with an atmospheric music video, directed by Louie Kovatch, in which the band performs the song in an abandoned office while clad in the rumpled businesswear they've been sporting lately.
