Empire of the Sun Bring the Crowd “Alive” at Jones Beach: Photos + Setlist

Empire of the Sun brought their “Ask That God Tour” to the Northwell at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, New York, on Sunday night. Led by frontman Luke Steele, the Australian electropop act played a 19-song career-spanning set, including six tunes from their most recent album, 2024’s Ask That God. Polo & Pan warmed up the crowd for the headliner with a 50-minute DJ set, while Mexican electro-funk band Midnight Generation opened the evening with a fun half-hour performance.
