A food stall at Truck Festival 2026 has been shut down after dozens of attendees reported falling ill. Festival-goers shared posts on social media claiming that they had become unwell after eating food from the Yorky Roast stall at the Oxfordshire event last weekend. Truck Festival said it was first alerted on Sunday morning (July 26), when its on-site medical team received reports from “a number of attendees with similar symptoms”. “Our health and safety team launched an immediate investigation and identified a third-party food vendor as the suspected source,” a festival spokesperson said. They added that the stall “was removed from operation within 90 minutes of the first report” and that the incident was reported to Vale of White Horse District Council’s environmental health team on the same day. “We share the disappointment and frustration of those whose weekend was affected,” the statement added.
