Funk Tribu Launches ‘Rituals’ Compilation Series on TRIBE

Funk Tribu is celebrating artists who are pushing sonic boundaries with the release of TRIBE’s new compilation, Rituals Vol. 1. Funk Tribu has carved out significant space in the scene with impressive performances and releases spanning trance, hard dance, bounce, and more. Yet the Colombian DJ and producer has aspirations beyond his own work, and through his imprint, TRIBE, he’s ushering in a new wave of talent who are pushing sonic boundaries. To further the goals of TRIBE, which has become one of the most exciting labels in the scene, Funk Tribu has released the label’s first compilation, Rituals Vol. 1. “What I like about the compilation is that there wasn’t one specific way these tracks came together,” said Funk Tribu. “Each artist and track has its own story and connection to me, but somehow they all ended up fitting into the same ritual.” The stories behind the artists on Rituals Vol. 1 are deep, with each one being represented by their handprint on the cover art.
