The nominations for the 67th annual Grammy Awards have been announced, with blockbuster titles like God Of War Ragnarök: Valhalla and Star Wars Outlaws competing in the Best Video Game score category.
The 2025 Grammys will be announced at a ceremony in Los Angeles, California on February 2, 2025. Beyoncé is leading the nominations with 11 nods for ‘Cowboy Carter’ but Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, Charli XCX, Sabrina Carpenter and Taylor Swift also feature heavily across the shortlist, which was confirmed on Friday (November 8).
A number of video games have also been nominated in the Best Score Soundtrack For Video Games And Other Interactive Media category, after the award was introduced in 2023 to “recognise excellence in score soundtrack albums comprised predominantly of original scores and created specifically for, or as a companion to, a current video game or other interactive media released within the qualification period.”
