Halle Berry’s ex-husband granted restraining order against her following alleged child abuse of 12-year-old son

Halle Berry has been accused of physically abusing her 12-year-old son Maceo by ex-husband Olivier Martinez. People has reported that yesterday (Thursday October 1), a Los Angeles County judge granted Martinez’s request for a temporary restraining order that covered both himself and Maceo. The filing claims that Berry caused Martinez “emotional and mental distress due to physical abuse” of Maceo during an incident where Berry allegedly “grabbed Maceo by the neck” while shouting “Who is dominant”. Martinez also claimed that Berry had previously engaged in instances of “verbal and emotional abuse” against him as well as “additional physical attacks” against their son.
