HARD Summer Hit Different This Year

HARD Summer returned to Hollywood Park in Inglewood and brought some changes along with it that helped showcase the festival’s future. Another edition of HARD Summer has come and gone, with Hollywood Park at SoFi Stadium transformed into a pink, purple, and green-tinted playground for those in Southern California. This year carried on with the tradition of the festival being hotter than ever, so let’s dive into this experience that made its way back to Los Angeles for the fourth year in a row. The return of HARD Summer to Los Angeles has been its own roller coaster ride. In 2024, the festival faced noise complaints that led to a shift in the venue’s stage layout the following year. And while those complaints were reduced substantially during the 2025 edition, this year brought more changes to the venue’s flow. Notably, security had also been increased with razor wire on fences, which were also built to be taller, and guards who were seemingly more in tune with those who might want to sneak their way into the festival.
