The two-hour show was based around six seasonal acts – ‘Spring’, ‘Summer’, ‘Summer Twilight’, ‘Autumn’, ‘Winter’ and a second ‘Spring’ section – and drew heavily from Rodrigo’s third album, ‘You Seem Pretty Sad For A Girl So In Love’. She opened with the album’s lead single ‘Drop Dead’, followed by ‘U + Me = <3’, before early hits ‘So American’ and ‘Good 4 U’. She also performed the politically charged standalone single ‘Serena Joy’, which was released last month after having been initially made available on an exclusive run of just 500 CDs. Rodrigo also briefly broke from the setlist to lead the arena in a rendition of ‘Happy Birthday’ for her mother. The biggest production moment arrived during ‘The Cure’.
