Horse Jumper of Love Plot Tour and Debut Album Reissue

Boston slowcore trio Horse Jumper of Love are ringing in the 10th anniversary of their debut album with a special reissue. Alongside remastered versions of their original songs are unreleased tracks, demos, and alternate takes. Horse Jumper of Love (Deluxe Edition) is out September 25 via Run for Cover, and you can hear “Heather,” which the band recorded in 2013 but never released, below.Horse Jumper of Love originally came out on Disposable America and, through word of mouth, became an underground staple in the DIY slowcore and shoegaze scene. This deluxe version is a 2xLP vinyl pressing that comes with a tab book of the nine original songs hand-drawn by singer-guitarist Dimitri Giannopoulos, a short essay about the making of the album, pictures from the band’s first tours, scans of handwritten notes-turned-lyrics that Giannopoulos wrote while working as a museum security guard, and “one secret.”Horse Jumper of Love have also announced a tour across North America and Europe where they will perform their self-titled album in full.
