Host city and location for Eurovision 2027 revealed

Both the host city and location for the 2027 Eurovision Song Contest have been revealed – check out all the details below. The 71st edition of the competition is taking place in Bulgaria next year, after Dara secured the first-ever Eurovision win for the country this May with the track ‘Bangaranga’. Now, the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and Bulgarian National Television (BNT) have confirmed that Eurovision 2027 will be held in Bulgaria’s Black Sea city Burgas. The contest is set to be staged at Bulgaria’s newest sports and entertainment venue, Arena Burgas. The venue, which opened in 2023, holds up to 15,000 people for live concerts. Burgas is Bulgaria’s fourth-largest city, and is known for its beaches, parks, cultural life and vibrant summer events, per the EBU. It also already has a strong reputation for hosting music, arts and international cultural festivals. The city was selected after a competitive Host City process involving four Bulgarian cities.
