In June, Kalia Vandever released their new album Mana. Now, the trombonist and composer is teaming up with Darkside's Dave Harrington for a joint LP called Evergreen, arriving this fall.
Vandever and Harrington met last year when Vandever opened up for some Darkside shows. Evergreen was recorded over a three-day period in Los Angeles during this past February. Earlier this year, Harrington released the collaborative record Isle Of Palms with Tim Mislock and left the Taper's Choice supergroup. Hear the Evergreen lead single "The Chase" below.
