Dahi is known for his production work with artists including Kendrick Lamar, Steve Lacy, Madonna, Mac Miller, Sampha, and more. On the album's second single “Square Up”, Dahi describes his sound as "Black Radiohead", with his production and instrumentation combined with vocals from Fousheé. The song seeks to reframe Black identity as self-defined, expanding on the complexities and fluidity of the human experience addressed at the core of the album.
