Nearly a decade later, the whole mess could be dragged back into court, with Montia Sabbag, the woman in the video with Hart—potentially being called to testify.According to TMZ, Hart is currently fighting with his former assistant, Miesha Shakes, over a non-disclosure agreement. Hart claims Shakes violated the NDA by discussing his personal life during an interview with a blogger.Shakes disagrees. Her argument is essentially: You can’t complain about somebody talking about your business after you’ve already talked about your business yourself.And now she wants Sabbag to talk, too.That could reopen one of the ugliest chapters in Hart’s career.In 2017, Hart and Sabbag had sex in a Las Vegas hotel room where cameras had allegedly been secretly installed by a former friend of Hart’s.
