Kodak Black recently found himself at the center of rumors claiming he had converted to Islam after a picture of him praying in a Muslim-like position surfaced online. The image quickly spread, sparking speculation about his religious beliefs. However, the Florida rapper was quick to set the record straight.

He took to social media to clarify the situation, expressing his frustration with the misinformation. In his post, he stated, “NO DISRESPECT TO THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY BUT IAM HEBREW ISRAELITE I FEEL VERY DISRESPECTED BY THE BLOG AND @bollywoodsaif FOR ALLOWING THEM TO RUN WITH A NARRATIVE THAT I’VE CONVERTED TO ISLAM!!!”

Kodak explained that the photo was taken when the person who posted it, @bollywoodsaif, asked him to take a picture on a prayer rug. Making it clear that the image was not an indication of any religious conversion but simply a photo op. Yak, who identifies as a Hebrew Israelite, emphasized that his beliefs were being misrepresented. His response was aimed at both correcting the public’s perception and addressing the blog’s role in spreading the rumor. Despite the controversy, Kodak stood firm in his identity and rejected the false narrative surrounding his faith.
