The late Euphoria star Eric Dane praised the HBO show as “a wonderful experience” in one of his final recorded interviews. Dane died in February at the age of 53 following complications from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), but before he passed away, he gave an interview that has now been included in the new documentary Euphoria: A Look Back. Discussing his time on the series, he said that the experience had been “at times challenging”, but added that “the challenges were taken as opportunities”. “It’s been such a wonderful experience,” he continued, describing Euphoria as “the most profound experience” of his acting career.
