‘Legacy – A Pink Floyd Show’: Roger Waters and son Harry’s new live production to tour North America in 2027

Roger Waters and his son Harry have announced details of ‘Legacy – A Pink Floyd Show’, a new touring production celebrating the “golden era” of Pink Floyd. READ MORE: 50 geeky facts about Pink Floyd The production has been created under Roger’s direction, with Harry serving as musical director and leading a 10-piece band on B3 organ, piano and vocals. Roger himself is not scheduled to perform in the shows. The extensive tour will begin in Columbus, Georgia on February 15, 2027, and will ultimately visit more than 100 cities across North America and Europe. The first North American dates have now been announced, while European shows will follow at a later date. ‘Legacy’ will focus on Pink Floyd’s 1971-1979 period, with songs drawn from ‘The Dark Side Of The Moon’, ‘Wish You Were Here’, ‘Animals’ and ‘The Wall’. The concerts will run for more than two hours and aim to reproduce the original recordings as closely as possible. “We are going to authentically recreate the albums as close to note-for-note as we possibly can,” Harry said.
