Harris, who officially claimed her party’s nomination on Monday night, will introduce Walz this evening at Temple University in Philadelphia. The rally will kick off a five-day, seven-city tour of the battleground states likely to decide the November 5 election.

Walz is a Midwestern governor, veteran, and former schoolteacher who Harris hopes will help shore up support among blue-collar, white voters in the Rust Belt.
