Legendary singer-guitarist Lita Ford has released her new single “Dracula” ahead of an as-yet-untitled new album. The song was teased last week with the announcement of her signing with Frontiers Music Slr.

“Dracula” is a heavy rock track that features a driving disco beat as its backbone and prominently carries a strong ’80s guitar rock feel.

Ford said of the new track, “‘Dracula’ is a song about an entity that represents seduction and control, eventually draining you of your life and everything in it. But there’s something fun about flirting with disaster, making ‘Dracula’ a playful fantasy. The moaning slide guitars take on a life force all their own. Menacing!”

“Dracula” precedes two Halloween weekend shows Lita Ford has planned for Las Vegas and Rancho Mirage, California, fitting the spooky theme. Get tickets here.
