R.E.M. superfans Michael Shannon and Jason Narducy have mapped out a 2027 North American tour celebrating the 40th anniversary of Document by playing the album in full alongside other R.E.M. classics. The actor and guitarist will kick off the trek on February 3rd in Denver, with subsequent stops in Portland, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Chicago, Brooklyn, Washington, DC, and many more, including a two-night stint in R.E.M.’s hometown of Athens, Georgia.
