But when it came time for her team to reimburse another company for footing the bill for her Pink Friday 2 promo expenses, things allegedly got messy. According to TMZ, 24/7 Productions is suing Nicki Minaj and her company for a cool $275,000 claiming that they paid for her travel and hotel expenses under a pre-approved budget expecting that they’d get the money back once things wrapped up. They did not. Interestingly enough, Nicki’s team felt that $275K was an “extremely low” budget given her superstar status, yet, they still don’t seem interested in reimbursing 24/7 Productions for the chicken feed they put up to ensure Nicki and her team lived lavishly on their promo run.Arguing that the hotels and travel along would eat up the entire $275K budget, Nicki’s team was negotiating an allowance that would include payments to a number of people who were working alongside Nicki during her promo run.
