Due to appendicitis, Phoebe Bridgers had to postpone a series of intimate UK shows this week, which were to be her first live performances since last Friday's momentous Lost Weekend release. But before her appendix flared up, she made it to BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge in London to record a session. As of now, that session is live.Bridgers' Live Lounge visit features performances of Lost Weekend single "Lost Boys" and "Bobby," the love song that has emerged as a new fan favorite. Given that phones have been banned from Bridgers' shows this year, this represents the first performance footage of "Bobby" to circulate publicly. As is customary in the lounge, Bridgers also performed a cover: "Lithium," one of many indelible hits from Nirvana's Nevermind.Nirvana are woven into the lives of most music fans, but Bridgers has especially high-profile history with the band.
