Announced as a three-day residency, the pop-up will coincide with Pulp's sold-out show at Wythenshawe Park show on 28 August, while also marking the release of their new live album, Live!. Open between 12pm -7pm on Friday (28); 12 to late on Saturday (29); and 12-2pm Sunday (30), it will feature a series of events, limited edition merch, music and competitions curated by the band. There will also be a jukebox programmed by Jarvis Cocker with Pulp-themed events, while the venue will decorated with memorabilia from the band's archive. A special limited edition Wythenshawe Park T-shirt will be sold exclusively while stocks last, and there will also be a chance to win test pressings of Live!. “Do you want something different?," Cocker writes. "Do you want to revitalise your social life? Do you want to get drunk on possibility? (responsibly) Do you want to hear some really good music coming out of a juke box? Do you want to learn something interesting? Yes? Yes, yes, yes? If you have a Thirst For Knowledge - this is the place for you. Bottoms up!"
