After releasing a very bloody teaser last week, Queens of the Stone Age have properly announced their next album. Perfecth arrives October 30 via Matador, and a new single from the record, “Insignificant Other,” is out now. Check it out below.Recorded between New Orleans and Los Angeles, Perfecth is a purposefully imperfect flip on the word “perfect,” coined by frontman Josh Homme. “Nothing in this world is perfect, but everything seems to be ‘perfecth’,” he said in a statement. "And that title is funny when you're in a group, but it ain't so funny when you're alone.” The band will bring the album to crowds this fall on an arena tour across Australia and Asia, after wrapping up a stint opening for the Foo Fighters next month.Queens of the Stone Age shared the first preview of Perfecth (and their first single in three years), “Easy Street,” last month. They unveiled their last album, In Times New Roman…, back in 2023, and released a concert film recorded in the Paris Catacombs in 2025. After undergoing emergency surgery in 2024, Homme has kept busy as a solo artist, featuring on Shania Twain’s “Faded Blue Jeans” and Mastodon’s latest single.Perfecth: 01 It’s Only Love02 Insignifican...
