ROOZTER makes his Paradigm Shift debut with a fiery guest mix that displays his fighting spirit through versatile records within hard dance and beyond.

Mexican artist ROOZTER has been an integral part of the hard dance scene in Mexico for many years. At 20, he began his journey in the scene by producing music as a hobby. Three years later, this pastime became a career as he perfected his craft and discovered his signature sound.

ROOZTER earned his first big break as he caught the attention of Harsh Records at its peak. “After many years of producing music and sending demos to record labels, I got signed to Harsh Records, the biggest record label in Mexico,” he said. “They made me a part of their family and positioned me in the hard dance music scene.”

Today, ROOZTER is a staple of the Mexican scene. He combines his cultural roots with technical production prowess, creating a unique, larger-than-life character. Upon seeing him live, fans will instantly notice that he conceals his true identity behind a one-of-a-kind lucha libre mask.

The mask symbolizes the fighting spirit of lucha libre gladiators who put their bodies on the line in the squared circle. The rooster pays homage to the producer’s favorite animal, reminding him to always give 100% in anything he does. All these elements are channeled into his artistic endeavors, and they’re put on full display through his ground-shaking records and epic live performances.

As he continues on his musical journey, ROOZTER wants to reach a wider audience while catapulting the Mexican scene to new heights. “I want the scene in Mexico to grow,” he said, “Not just in hard dance but in EDM as a whole.”

There’s lots of talent in Mexico, but ROOZTER feels that the only ingredient missing is unity in the industry. Achieving it is one of his biggest goals. As for his project, he hopes to bring his infectious sound to festivals as big as Tomorrowland and Coachella.

2025 will consist of tons of new music. For shows, I can’t even begin to tell you! 2025 will be full of ROOZTER shows. I have big collaborations lined up, and why not make an album?
