After months of incessant demands, Sub Focus has released the song that set Drumsheds on fire.

Out now is his first solo release of the year, "Wildfire," which finds him reuniting with Jo Hill following the release of their fan-favorite anthem "Ready to Fly." The new single follows the May release of Sub Focus' soaring collaboration with John Summit and Julia Church, "Go Back."

Since the track's memorable premiere at London's Drumsheds in late-2023, fans of the drum & bass superstar had been clamoring for the official release of "Wildfire."

"I first played 'Wildfire' at Drumsheds at the end of last year and immediately knew from the crowd reaction we were onto something special," said Sub Focus. "It's been the most requested song in my set for months now so what better way to kick off a new series of releases of mine."

Dramatic keys and echoing cries surround us at the outset of "Wildefire," which Sub Focus called the beginning of a "new series of releases" in a press release. Hill's powerful vocals again elevate the production to anthemic levels, pairing beautifully with a throbbing bassline. Even while listening at home, it's easy to see how "Wildfire" can inspire so much movement.
