Sylvester Stallone Wants to Recut ‘Rocky V’ — and Says Amazon Is Listening

Sylvester Stallone wants another shot at Rocky V. During a SiriusXM Front Row conversation on Radio Andy, Sylvester reveals to Andy Cohen that he has been speaking with Amazon about recutting the 1990 film, which he described as a lingering disappointment. “This is news. I’ve been talking to Amazon. I said, ‘Please give me three weeks. I want to recut that movie,’” Sylvester said. Sylvester said he is “100%” confident he could improve the film, including by reworking the score and restoring more music from longtime Rocky composer Bill Conti.
