Tay Keith’s Cause Of Death Revealed Three Months After His Passing

According to the Nashville Medical Examiner’s Officer, Keith died from an alleged overdose. His autopsy found ketamine and multiple compounds associated with kratom, including mitragynine, in his system. The manner of death was ruled an accident.The report also found nicotine and ethanol in Keith’s system, along with mild coronary artery disease.
