Happiness is in the air on this week’s episode of Stanning BTS as hosts Kayla and Bethany dig into Jin’s new album, Happy, the vocalist’s solo debut. While Jin has offered plenty of solo tracks within BTS’s extensive discography, Happy is his first collection as a solo artist. While Jin is firmly in the spotlight, this album also features a variety of collaborations: the first track “Running Wild” was cowritten by Take That’s Gary Barlow. In addition, the song “Heart on the Window” has guest vocals from Red Velvet’s Wendy. Jin went all out for Happy and it clearly paid off, as Kayla and Bethany discuss in the episode.
This week, Jin returned to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for his first individual appearance on the program. While there, he staged a live performance of the album’s focus track, “Running Wild,” and sat down for a chat with Jimmy. Watch the full appearance here.
