‘The Oval’ Actor Travis Cure Sued By Ex Who Claims He Gave Her Herpes

Cure claims that he does have said STD but always wore a condom when having sex with his ex. Because apparently, what happens in the situationship doesn’t always stay in the situationship. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Cure’s former partner claims that the two started dating around August 2024. The woman said that while the two may not have been exclusive, she was not sleeping with anyone other than Travis from August 2024 until she filed her lawsuit.She claims that Travis knew he had genital herpes but never disclosed his diagnosis before they had sex. She is accusing the actor of negligence and battery, arguing that he failed to inform her of a sexually transmitted infection that could have lasting consequences for her health. In response to the lawsuit, Travis noted that the woman suing him said that they were not “exclusive on either side.” Cure added that the woman lives in Chicago and was having sex with other men while they were dating.
