Anonymous collective The Sick Man of Europe have released their new single, "Chromophobia", the latest preview of their upcoming album, The Intermittent Signal.

"Chromophobia" follows lead single "Negative Stimuli", leaning into Depeche Mode-inspired melodies amidst a collection of songs that the band describe as "expansive, immediate and immersive."

Speaking about the inspiration behind the song, the band explain: "Chromophobia is the fear of colour - the fear of seeing things as they really are. It can be hard to breathe in this world of relentless falsehoods, but we have to remember we have the collective ability to redefine certain narratives, purely by the language we use. The truth is rarely black and white."
