The Traitors has launched an official Christmas jumper ahead of the festive season.
According to a press release, the jumper is “knitted in luxurious deep gold yarn with striking black details and a treacherous black hood”.
It also features the BBC show’s ‘Traitor’ and ‘Faithful’ text motifs and The Traitors hooded logo. On the reverse, ‘Oh Come All Ye Faithful’ is emblazoned across the back.
“So, whether you’re scheming by the fire or celebrating with the faithful, this jumper will complete your mission to secure a mysterious and Merry Christmas!” the press release adds.
Mike Harding, founder of knitwear specialists notjust, also said: “Whether you’re 100 per cent Faithful or a Traitor to the core, this limited edition hooded festive knit will keep you shielded from the cold in style this festive season, so grab one whilst you can!”
The jumper is available for £45.99 and can be purchased on the notjust website here.
Elsewhere, a celebrity version of The Traitors was recently announced and the regular format of the show will return for a fourth season.
Hosted by Claudia Winkleman, the reality series sees contestants compete for a prize fund worth up to £120,000 at a castle in the Scottish Highlands.
As they arrive at the castle, a small number are selected to be ‘Traitors’ who have to eliminate the ‘Faithful’ contestants to claim the prize. However, if the latter manage to work out and banish the deceitful contestants through daily roundtable meetings, they win the cash prize instead.
There have been two seasons of the show broadcast so far, and the previously-commissioned third season is expected to land in early 2025.
Season two saw winner Harry Clark take home £95,150 following a dramatic season finale. Clark, who shared the winnings with his family and friends, later revealed that he suffered from sleep deprivation due to the show’s relentless filming schedule.
Elsewhere, Ricky Gervais recently denied reports that he will be making an appearance in the celebrity edition of The Traitors.
