Third Person Dies At Burning Man 2026

The death toll for this year's Burning Man has risen to three. The first death was confirmed on Friday (Sept. 4) after Sampson Tshombe, who was in his mid-50s, suffered a medical emergency. The second was confirmed on Saturday (Sept. 5) when Craigh Mann, 60, was found dead in his camp. On Monday (Sept. 7), the final day of the festival, a third death was confirmed. According to TMZ, the Pershing County Sheriff's Office confirmed the news. Authorities said the attendee died while on the way to a hospital in Reno.
