Tinlicker Brought a Slice of Life to San Diego

Dynamic trio Tinlicker swung through San Diego in the second half of their latest North American tour for an absolutely magical night. Micha Heyboer and Jordi van Achthoven, better known as Tinlicker, have been winning over the hearts and minds of progressive house and melodic techno lovers for years. As a duo, the two made a massive statement with two sensational albums, standout singles, and countless shows that had crowds wrapped around their fingers. Yet they’ve entered a new era with their third member, Hero Baldwin, who adds even more depth, dynamism, and emotion to their soundscapes. Baldwin’s addition paved the way for their new album, Dreams Of The Machine, adding another chapter to Tinlicker’s growing story. When they announced they’d be heading back to North America for a live tour, with a stop at the House of Blues in San Diego, I had no doubt I needed to be there to check it out for myself.
