Wage War Announce New Album Landfall, Unleash Title Track: Stream

Wage War have announced a new studio album, Landfall, set for release October 9th via Fearless Records. Alongside the news of the album, the band released the title track. The outing is set to kick off October 25th in San Antonio, passing through St. Louis, Toronto, and Philadelphia, among other cites, before ending in Orlando, Florida, on November 27th, with tickets available here. “Landfall” carries a heavy Korn influence in the particular attack to the downtuned guitars and the timbre of the harsh vocals. The mix is compressed and punchy, riding the line between nu-metal and extreme metal before opening up into a clean vocal chorus that still carries that heavy attack. The outro lets a very Meshuggah lead go into a deathcore breakdown, showing an impressive range of heavy music styles in a compact package.
