Angine de Poitrine have showcased a new song on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. READ MORE: NME’s top 10 shows from The Great Escape 2026 The Canadian math-rock duo performed the track ‘Zugzegk’ live for their US TV debut in their trademark polka dot outfits and masks. You can watch it below. The unreleased track does not feature on 2024 debut ‘Vol. 1’ and the recent acclaimed ‘Vol II’. The performance came ahead of their forthcoming sold-out UK tour in October which saw most of the venues upgraded due to high demand. The dates include headline shows in Leeds, Bristol, London, Glasgow, Dublin and Leeds. The shows kick off at the Prospect Building in Bristol on October 13 before wrapping up for two shows at The Troxy in London on October 19 and 20. The anonymous Canadian duo are formed of “Khn de Poitrine” on microtonal guitars and vocals and “Klek de Poitrine” on percussion and vocals. The duo have experienced a surge in followers in the last two years, particularly due to their elecrifying Live on KEXP session, which has now garnered over 19million views.
